We take responsibility to protect and minimise the impact we have on the environment and are committed to reducing our carbon footprint.
We are continuously researching and implementing new ways to prioritise sustainability and work hard to ensure that our processes are driven by sustainable, ecological and societal decisions. Whilst we continue to improve our practices which we operate we are proud to be part of a solution to achieve a more sustainable and resilient world for both our communities and planet.
Rotary Power specialises in the design, development and manufacture of hydraulic pumps and motors. With a history dating back over 45 years’ so we understand the demanding requirements of today’s hydraulic applications.
Our commitment is to achieve net zero so we have established mentoring and reporting data from 2020 for scope 1 and 2 to take action and improve energy efficiency every year going forward. As part of our drive for continual improvement and in the delivery of sustainability and environmental plans certification to ISO 14001 was achieved in March 2024.
We will be engaging with our supply chain to plan reducing our Scope 3 emissions as one of our key objectives in our net zero journey. It’s a long-term project but we are making steps towards this, including by establishing effective collaborations and seeking our third-party innovation to help solve known problems.

By prioritising sustainability processes we can create long term value whilst reducing our carbon footprint and boosting our efficiency. Ultimately, by changing our sustainability operations we are doing our part in creating a positive future for the planet.

As part of the British Engines Group, we are proud to contribute to the communities we operate in by supporting local projects in the UK and India.
Our platform allows us to support funding local charities, youth and community groups that require support. Each year we donate to a local food bank, which aims to eradicate poverty in the local community by providing emergency food and parcels to those who need it most.
Our ambitions are to establish a signature community project within the UK and India to further support those communities we operate in.
